Derrick is a Mixologist himself with more than 15 years’ hands-on experience working in restaurants, bars and the private sector of hospitality.
Hailing from Kenya and flourishing in Somerset, Derrick has picked up both cultural hospitable skills and puts them to work well in this ever so diverse and multi-faceted industry.
Derrick is always driven to providing guests with a memorable and lasting experience. He has a very approachable disposition and has the most joy when he’s serving and entertaining guests.
